  We manage the full permit process for every municipality we build in — Toronto, Oakville, Vaughan, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, and beyond. Each city has different submission requirements, review timelines, and inspection stages. In Toronto, for example, pool construction requires a building permit from the City's Building Division, plus a separate pool enclosure permit to confirm your fencing meets Ontario Regulation 565/90. We handle all submissions, revisions, and inspection scheduling.
