How much does an inground pool cost in the GTA?

As a general guide for 2026: fiberglass pools run $70,000–$150,000 installed, vinyl liner pools $60,000–$150,000, and custom concrete pools $150,000–$500,000+. These ranges include excavation, plumbing, electrical, basic decking, and equipment. Features like waterfalls, integrated spas, automatic covers, and extensive hardscaping add to the total. Every estimate we provide is line-by-line with no hidden costs.
Do I need a fence around my pool in Ontario?

Yes. Ontario Regulation 565/90 under the Building Code Act requires a pool enclosure (fence or barrier) for all privately owned outdoor pools.
